Falcao move to Chelsea likely to be Finalized Soon

Jose Mourinho has a little over a week left before he hits his self-imposed deadline for taking his summer vacation.  Better get to working that phone then, if he truly wants the opportunity to prove to the world that he can make Falcao the Falcao of old!
Not to mention, Falcao's about to get busy at the Copa América.  It's almost mid-June and we had Fàbregas signed by this time last year...
That's not to say that the Chelsea manager hasn't been busy: El Tigre's proposed transfer to Chelsea is apparently moving along quite nicely.  Further rumors and details emerging over the last half-day or so would seem to indicate that it will be a loan and there will be others (or at least one other) going in the opposite direction, also on loan.  Look at me, using 'will' instead of 'would' as if it's already happening.  Nothing's confirmed officially yet of course, and even today, there are rumblings (albeit from the Star) that Liverpool are trying to hijack and usurp and Willian and steal the striker from right under our noses.
When we first heard of a player exchange, we immediately thought of Charly Musonda.  And sure enough, reports in Belgium are claiming similar things.
So, Falcao loan for cash and Musonda loan.  Maybe others.  Worth a shot?  All signs seem to point to Chelsea saying yes to that question.
