A mad man seen with a Lexus Jeep RX330 Close to Petroleum Training Institute.


Just this morning, a man believed to be a mad man was seen with a Lexus Jeep RX 330. I begin to wonder what an insane man is doing with a jeep? Belonging to Who?
The man is presently with the security men of petroleum training institute (PTI)
